Pokémon Masters EX today is launching a brand new Pasio Special Stadium, featuring battles against Champion Cheren and other trainers weak to the Electric-type. Following on the recent launch of the Zippity Zappity Collab Story Event, Elesa is also debuting her new Sygna Suit sync pair with Thundurus, in a limited-time Poké Fair Scout.

The second batch of Pokémon Horizons: Season 2—The Search for Laqua has now released exclusively on Netflix in the U.S. and other territories. Pokémon Horizons: Season 2—The Search for Laqua follows dual protagonists Liko and Roy grow as trainers as they continue their journey with the Rising Volt Tacklers to uncover the mysteries of the Pokémon world. This batch of episodes will see Liko, Roy, and Dot in the second phase of their Tera Training, on the path to getting stronger for the quest to Laqua.

Iono debuts her new Sygna Suit Sync Pair with Raging Bolt today in Pokémon Masters EX, in a Poké Fair Scout that launches alongside the new Zippity Zappity Collab Story Event. Both the Event and Scout will continue until May 12, at 10:59pm (PDT). 5★ Rosa (Champion) & Meloetta are also making their return to the game today alongside the usual collection of regular events and presents on offer for the monthly Pokémon Masters Day celebrations.

A new trailer and press release have provided players with their first official look at Pokémon TCG Pocket's next expansion, Celestial Guardians, which is set to launch worldwide next week on Wednesday April 30th. A new drop event featuring Rayquaza ex will also launch in game next Tuesday April 29th, in celebration of the game's half year anniversary.

A new version of Pokémon Masters EX, Ver. 2.56.0, is now available to download. This new version introduces additional items to the General tab of the Gym Exchange for players to redeem in the upcoming new season. Tetsuya Iguchi, the game's general producer has also revealed information on a wide selection of new events that will be commencing in-game over the next week. The next letter is slated for late May, and will include information about new Sync Pairs and events coming to the game in June.

Happiny, Chansey, and Blissey will be sleepwalking their way onto player's devices early next month, as they make their Pokémon Sleep debut in the week-long Spring Festival 2025. This event, which appears to be the successor of last year's Flower Festival event, is scheduled to begin on Monday May 5th at 4:00am local time, running through until Monday May 12th at 3:59am local time.

The Aim to Be an Egg Master Egg Battle Event, is making a return to Pokémon Masters EX until May 1st, at 10:59pm (PDT). This latest version of the event showcases a selection of Water-, Ground-, and Fairy-type Pokémon. A set of missions have also been launched for a new Easter-themed Photo Frame.

2023's Trainer Files: Akala Passion event is returning to Pokémon Masters EX today, alongside a set of Variety Scouts featuring Kiawe & Arcanine, and Mallow & Shiinotic.

Pokémon Sleep yesterday conducted maintenance for an update of the software to Version 2.7.0. In addition to preparing the game for the upcoming Dream Shard Week Vol. 1 event (commencing next week on April 21st), the update brings the first changes since last August to max levels for Research ranks, Pokémon, main skills, and recipes. The update also adds a major new feature in the form of Befriending Badges, giving players better chances of befriending Pokémon with gold skills, and encountering shiny Pokémon. Several quality of life adjustments have also been made.

Ahead of the recently announced Darkrai event, Sleep Researchers can look forward to a brand new style of event next week in Pokémon Sleep focused on acquiring lots of Dream Shards. Dream Shard Week Vol. 1 will commence Monday April 21st at 4:00am local time, running through until Monday April 27th at 3:59am local time.

This month's Wonder Pick Event in Pokémon TCG Pocket brings new Riolu and Pachirisu promo cards to the game's Wonder Pick feature, along with a selection of limited time event items to the in-game shop, including a pair of backgrounds, and a binder cover. This event will run through to April 25th, at 10:59pm (PDT).

Three new Sync Pairs featuring trainers in different styles of academy outfits are all making their debuts in Pokémon Masters EX today alongside the launch of the game's second Academy Event, Pasio Paranormal Studies Club. Players will receive Florian & Lechonk simply for starting the event, while Marnie (Academy) & Cyclizar and Morty (Academy) & Typhlosion make their debuts in separate Costume Scouts.

With their nightmares dispelled in the Cresselia vs. Darkrai event that ran in Pokémon Sleep over the past two weeks, it's just been announced that the Mythical Pokémon Darkrai will be making a return to the game in an as yet undated future event.

The next set of special Tera Raids in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet will be focusing on the Dragon Pokémon Salamence, which will be making its first appearance in 7-star Black Crystal Tera Raid Battles between April 18th at midnight (UTC) / 17th at 5:00pm (PDT), and April 20th at 11:59pm (UTC) / 4:59pm (PDT). This will be followed by a second appearance one week later from April 25th at midnight (UTC) / 24th at 5:00pm (PDT), to April 27th at 11:59pm (UTC) / 4:59pm (PDT). Blissey will also be appearing more frequently in 5-star Tera Raid Battles during the second weekend of this event.

Pokémon Masters EX is today debuting the latest of its Ultimate Battle challenges, this time featuring Ingo and his brother, Emmet, the leaders of the Battle Subway in Black, White, Black 2, and White 2.

Today, the official Japanese Pokémon Trading Card Game website revealed all remaining cards that are part of the main set in the upcoming Glory of the Rocket Gang expansion, which will be released in Japan on April 18th. Card from this set will be released internationally on May 30th as part of the Destined Rivals expansion.

Continuing Pokémon Masters EX's recent collaboration with the Pokémon Trading Card Game in Japan for the return of the Trainer's Pokémon mechanic in the most recent expansions, Cynthia is debuting a new sync pair with Spiritomb today in a set of Variety Scouts. Cynthia's Spiritomb features in the Hot Wind Arena subset of the Pokémon Trading Card Game, which launched on March 14th Japan.
