Gags like Brock liking every girl he saw, Cilan connoisseur time or team rocket blasting off etc.
 
I was pretty surprised that Jigglypuff didn't appear in Journeys except for a cameo at the very end given how much of it was set in Kanto and the last we see of Jigglypuff was her on a plane back to Kanto at the end of SM. Especially during MPM when it was Ash, Brock, and Misty again and with how many OS references there were.
 
Never really found them funny nor endearing, excluding Ash's Gible's Draco Meteor gag and James' Pokemon hurting him out of affection.
 
It really depends for me. There's a couple I really like such as Croagunk's stuff with Brock or Bewear's gags but then there's some I don't find particularly funny or just annoying such as Misty's ear pulling gag which really got run into the ground until there was a giant hole when Max started doing it.
 
Croagunk poison jabbing Brock did actually have plot significance when it didn't do that because it sensed Saturn's Toxicroak nearby.

Gags that aren't once an episode are better received IMO. Things like Ash accidentally aggravating Beedrill for example, or Ash cross-dressing. Once an episode and it quickly gets tiring.
