Delete. It has its uses, but doesn't seem to offer enough advantages to warrant staying. Plus, the only Pokemon that gets it has a significantly better option.
Change, right now it’s thief but unable to do super effective dmg and not being affected by kings rock; maybe make it that it lowers a stat instead of doing dmg?
Turn the speed boost into actual stat stages. The concept of the boost being lost if you happen to get a new item is absolutely not worth the fact that you can't Haze the boost or anything.
Keep. Seems alright for practical in-game niches and is otherwise harmless just existing as an item. It doesn't have much going for it in competitive but we don't need every item doing something major in competitive.
Change; I have never seen Crafty Shield used in gameplay, so maybe increase its availability for a start (in Galar, only Klefki + Yamask lines + Magearna could learn, IIRC). Give it priority like Protect also, but don’t introduce a chance for failure, since it’s just for status moves.
