The next Pokémon Trading Card Game expansion in the Scarlet & Violet Series, Journey Together, has been officially announced in a press release by The Pokémon Company International. This expansion, which launches internationally on March 28th, is expected to primarily contain cards from the Japanese Battle Partners expansion, which launches there on January 24th. For the very first time, this set will also be released in Latin American Spanish.

Tomas Cortijo - regional director for Latin America at The Pokémon Company International said:
“Our Latin American fans have always been a vibrant and important part of the passionate Pokémon community, and we’re delighted to be able to bring the Pokémon TCG to them in the language that resonates best with them."
"Incorporating Latin American Spanish into the Pokémon TCG allows us to provide our Latin American fans with a new way to experience the brand and further explore the world of Pokémon, and we can’t wait for that adventure to start with Scarlet & Violet—Journey Together.”
The expansion features the return of Trainer's Pokémon, a game mechanic originally introduced in the Gym Heroes expansion. The four booster pack variants for the expansion feature artwork of N and Zoroark, Lillie and Clefairy, Hop and Zacian, and Iono and Bellibolt. This same artwork was used together in a collage for the single booster pack of the Japanese Battle Partners expansion.

Not gonna lie, the booster packs' art style reminds me of that on Disney Lorcana packs. Who made the art, though? It's a mystery, but I'm guessing that it was Atsushi Furusawa! To be honest, his style grew on me a bit.
