Pokémon GO's Season of Mischief to conclude with Mischief Unbound event

Niantic has announced that the Season of Mischief in Pokémon GO will be concluding with the Mischief Unbound event, which will start on November 26, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time, and ends on November 29, 2021, at 8:00 p.m. local time.

The event begins with a mysterious bottle and poem appearing at the doorstep of Professor Willow's mobile lab. These two items appear to be related to Hoopa, and hint at a method for changing its form, which is now possible thanks to the relationship Trainers have developed with Hoopa throughout the Season. Trainers will be able to access this Special Research story by completing the Season-long Misunderstood Mischief Special Research story. Progress on this story can still be made right up until the end of the Season of Mischief on December 1 at 9:59 a.m. local time, so there's still plenty of time to gain access to the Mischief Unbound Special Research. Trainers can also pick up a ticket for the Mischief Unbound Special Research in the shop for US $4.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in local currency), which will allow for accesing the event without the Misunderstood Mischief Special Research story. In order to progress through the Mischief Unbound Special Research story, Trainers will need to have obtained a Hoopa from the Misunderstood Mischief Special Research.

Hoopa's form will be able to be changed by Trainers after they complete the second set of tasks in the Mischief Unbound Special Research. Changing Hoopa's form from Hoopa Confined to Hoopa Unbound requires 50 Hoopa Candy and 10 000 Stardust. Changing Hoopa's form from Hoopa Unbound to Hoopa Confined requires 10 Hoopa Candy and 2 000 Stardust. Trainers will be able to earn some of the resources needed to change Hoopa's form by completing the Mischief Unbound Special Research story.

A Hoopa T-Shirt can also be received in the Mischief Unbound Special Research. The Hoopa Unbound T-shirt will be available for purchase in the shop after the event ends for those who are unable to complete the Special Research.

These Raid Hour will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time:

• November 26: Articuno ⁂, Zapdos ⁂, and Moltres ⁂
• November 27: Heatran ⁂
• November 28: Regirock ⁂, Regice ⁂, and Registeel ⁂
• November 29: Cobalion ⁂, Terrakion ⁂, and Virizion ⁂

There will also be additional Spotlight Hours (other than the weekly Wednesday Raid Hour) on the following days from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. local time:

• November 26: Rattata ⁂
• November 27: Sableye ⁂
• November 28: Pikachu ⁂
• November 29: Beldum ⁂
